- 4 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp of each TAMAM superfood mix
With you, every step of the way
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup coconut milk, 3 tbsp chia seeds, and 1 tsp of each superfood.
- Repeat for each flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or overnight).
- Layer each mixture into a tall glass.
