Easter Egg Truffles

  • 1/4 cup TAMAM black magic latte
  • 2/3 cup drippy peanut butter
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 to 3 vegan chocolate bars
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Flakey salt

With you, every step of the way

  1. In a bowl, combine a black magic latte and peanut butter.
  2. Gradually stir in coconut flour until only slightly sticky to the touch. You just need to be able to spoon it into a mold.
  3. Using a cookie dough scoop, transfer the mix into a silicon egg tray (or any shape).
  4. Freeze for at least an hour.
  5. In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate and add in coconut oil if needed. The coconut oil makes it easier to drizzle.
