Easter Egg Truffles

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup TAMAM black magic latte
- 2/3 cup drippy peanut butter
- 3 to 4 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 to 3 vegan chocolate bars
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- Flakey salt

- In a bowl, combine a black magic latte and peanut butter.
- Gradually stir in coconut flour until only slightly sticky to the touch. You just need to be able to spoon it into a mold.
- Using a cookie dough scoop, transfer the mix into a silicon egg tray (or any shape).
- Freeze for at least an hour.
- In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate and add in coconut oil if needed. The coconut oil makes it easier to drizzle.
