Marbled Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 5 spotty bananas
- 2 flax eggs (2 Tbsp ground flax, 6 Tbsp water)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp TAMAM beauty bomb
With you, every step of the way
- Make flax eggs by combining ground flax and water, and set aside to form a gel-like consistency.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mash bananas. Add flax egg.
- Stir in flour, coconut shreds, baking powder, and lemon juice.
- Divide the batter equally into two bowls.
- In one bowl, add the beauty bomb and mix until the powder is well incorporated.
- Line or lightly oil a loaf pan.
- Using a cookie dough scoop, switch off adding the plain batter and the beauty bomb
- batter. Ideally, you layer so that the colors alternate!
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
- Store in the refrigerator.
