Marbled Banana Bread

  • 5 spotty bananas
  • 2 flax eggs (2 Tbsp ground flax, 6 Tbsp water)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp TAMAM beauty bomb

With you, every step of the way

  1. Make flax eggs by combining ground flax and water, and set aside to form a gel-like consistency.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. In a bowl, mash bananas. Add flax egg.
  4. Stir in flour, coconut shreds, baking powder, and lemon juice.
  5. Divide the batter equally into two bowls.
  6. In one bowl, add the beauty bomb and mix until the powder is well incorporated.
  7. Line or lightly oil a loaf pan.
  8. Using a cookie dough scoop, switch off adding the plain batter and the beauty bomb
  9. batter. Ideally, you layer so that the colors alternate!
  10. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  11. Cool completely before slicing.
  12. Store in the refrigerator.
